Engraved Label Requirements

First off, What type of label do you require?
We have two types of labels:
1 - Front Engraved - 1.6MM  ( Basic two Color Engraved on top of material )
EG: White on Back Label, Front engraved, 80X40mm, Beveled edge. ( text must say "BATTERY INSTALLED DATE 14/1/15" )
** Note: No additional Info provided



2 - Reverse Engraved - 3.2MM ( Engraved label with clear protective layer over the top )
EG: Black on White Reverse Engraved, 100X85mm ( Text as per attached Drawing ) Bevel & adhesive please
** Note: all info provided, including drawing regarding wording, color and text positioning



Info needed to Quote on Labels:

1. Label Type: (Front Engraved or Reverse Engraved)  - Critical Info
2. Dimensions: (Length mm x Width mm) - Critical Info
3. Text Height: (mm) - If no Info is provided - Text will be centered 
4. Font Style: (Standard = Arial)
5. Colour: (Background colour + Text colour)  - If no Info is provided it will be black text on white background
6. Quantity:
7. Adhesive Backing:  Yes/No - If no Info is provided - Adhesive Backing will be added
8. Beveled Edges:      Yes/No - If no Info is provided - Edges will NOT be Beveled
9. Screw Holes:           Yes/No - If no Info is provided - Nothing will be added

Info regarding drawings for quotations:

The above info is still required if there is no indication on the drawing of what is needed.
Our preferred formats for drawings are:
i. Excel spreadsheet (.xls)** ( Excluding photos paste to Excel )
ii. Word Doc (.doc or .docx)**
iii. Coral Draw (.cdr) **
iv. Auto-Cad (.dwg or .dxf)**
v. PDF (.pdf)**

Additional charges will apply should your order not meet the above minimum criteria. If you have any additional questions please ask.
Simply to avoid manually transferring data to a drawing, thereby avoiding incorrect numbering, spelling mistakes or duplication's.
